This custom home was built on the site of the old Cloverland Dairy in the Dulaney Valley corridor of Baltimore County where Rick used to get ice cream as a boy. We built this beautiful home for a young family. Over the years, Rick has gone back to finish their 3,000 square foot basement, add a covered back porch and, in the process, has watched their twins grow up.
